In order for the ,processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. Dwelling units in two-family dwellings shall be separated from each other by wall assemblies having not less than one-hour fire-resistive rated wall assemblies shall extend to the underside of the roof sheathing. 2. Provide cross-section of fire-resistive assembly from foundation to roof. 3. The floor framing plan for the upper floor shows the floor joists overlapping the fire resistive wall assembly, please clarify. 4. Provide 2 lag bolts at each end of each ledger supporting deck. 5. Provide 1h" diameter lag bolts at deck ledger. 6. S vtion "C2" does not work at fire-resistive assembly. Please clarify. 7. Clarify front porch construction. Provide framing plan for wood deck or provide specifications for concrete porch. Either way, provide cross section. (Stub-out N4 rebar at 18" o.c. at concrete porch. Show on plans.)
