Chapter 14, Section <br /> 14.08.180, paragraph E states that the minimum size pipe for a duplex <br /> installation must be 6 inch diameter. <br /> You are required to convert the existing 4 inch diameter pipe to a 6 inch <br /> diameter pipe.
