Box 40476 <br /> Bellevue, WA. 98057 <br /> Dear Sirs, <br /> This letter is to address the questions raised about <br /> the field revisions that were made in the duplex under <br /> construction at 706 - 60th St SW. <br /> The original plans indicated framing over the two car <br /> garage with TJI's. A field revision was made in order to <br /> frame the floor with 2 x 10's at 16" on center instead of <br /> using the TJI's.
