I was able to <br /> determine that you had owned the property at 2212-61st St. SE, as it is now <br /> addressed. <br /> I went to the house located at Lombard and 61st and talked with the owner, <br /> Mrs. Ruth Schaffer. Mrs. Schaffer said she had been told of a well several <br /> years ago. We went out to the area where the garage used to be and after <br /> calking all over the back yard, I found the ground to be very solid. <br /> At this time, I am confident that the well has been filled in so,ie years ago <br /> and there is no danger present. <br /> Again, I would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. <br /> Also, Mrs. Norton still lives at 2204-61st St. SE, Everett, WA 98203. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> DENNIS L.
