Prior to recording the Boundary <br /> Line Adjustment with the County Auditor, the following items need <br /> to be completed: <br /> 1. Submit two mylars, (the original and one photo mylar) and <br /> two blueline copies of the Record of Survey/Boundary Line <br /> Adjustment drawing to the Planning Department. Contact <br /> Steve Ingalsbe at 259-8731 to arrange a time and date to <br /> record the required documents at the County Auditor's <br /> office. <br /> 2. Submit a Boundary Line Adjustment Certificate for Lot 6 <br /> (Parcel A) that is current to within 30 days of date <br /> submitted from a title company. <br /> 3 .
