Due to the fact that <br /> the fourplexes currently addressed 6005 & 6007 Broadway only have access to a public street at <br /> 61 st Street SE and do not have access nor property frontage on Broadway,the City of Everett is <br /> hereby changing the addresses for those structures. rhe new addresses will be as follows: <br /> Formerly 6005 Broadway: 2505 A, B,C& D-61st St SE <br /> Everett, Washington 98203 <br /> Formerly 6007 Broadway: ?507 A, B, C& D-61 st St SE <br /> Everett, Washington 98203 <br /> To ensure emergency access to the buildings,3 inch x 1-1/2 inch numerals or larger, should be <br /> posted at the main entrance facing the 61st Street SE right-of-way. Please advise all utility <br /> companies, the Everett Post office,and other interested parties of the above address change. A <br /> list of local agencies and companies is enclosed for your information and convenience. Please <br /> contact the City of Everett with any questions regarding the change of address. <br /> The USPS has indicated that the mailboxes for these units will be required to be moved to the <br /> 61 st St SE right-of-way by the owner,at each owners expense. The mailboxes for the units at <br /> 6003 & 6009 Broadway will be required to be moved to the Broadway right-of-way by their <br /> respective owners.
