It is now my understanding that you approve the address change to take place. I gave you the addresses and the phone numbers of the owners of the two propelies as follows: Owner of 6005 Owner of 6007 George Vestal John Morris 2131 NW 96 5315 NE 42 Seattle, WA 98117 Seattle, WA 98105 206-781-8997 Home 206-525-9099 In reference to these two properties they are both managed by the same company: Windermere Property Management 4211 2001h St SW,#110 Lynnwood,WA 98036 Jim Warren 425.776-7219 You stated that, as a courtesy, you wanted to notify the o vners of the property before yc-j formally changed the addresses and had the mailboxes moved to those buildings from 6003. It was also my understanding that we agreed to a deadline of November 22, 2000 for this notification to be completed so that the mailboxes could then be moved. Since this is the day before the Thanksgiving weekend, I do not expect the mailboxes to be moved until November 27, 2000. I want to be able to call the Fire Department on November 28, 2000 to have their lock installed on the gale between 6003& 6009 to block off the buildings of 6005 and 6007 and have them start using their new addresses on 616,St. Please notify me in writing if there are any changes to the above plans and why there will be any changes.
