We have no <br />record of City Inspector advininq you to not pave around catch bnsins. <br />Additionally, Citv Maintenance and Facilities Department (Street Department) <br />states that it is property owner'a responsibility to maintain and repair <br />his driveway. Also, it is property owner's responsibility to extend the <br />driveways to meet the existing ntreet credo. <br />The one catch basin in your easterly driveway falls within the driveway path <br />contrary to what '.s shown on the subjnct permit. <br />Furthermore, we have no record of final inepection by the City of your driveway <br />construction.
