The work was done without <br />a permit around May of 1975. Tt was completed to the best of our <br />knowledge to code requirements. <br />We are selling our home on a FIIA loan and the FHA Appraiser <br />is requiring that a public official do an inspection and state <br />that the addition conforms to the general building codes of the <br />City of Everett for that period of time .... 1975. lie said <br />there did not appear to be any mis-conformities; but since there <br />was no permit taken at the time of the add -on; that this inspection <br />report would be necessary for compliance with FHA loan standards. <br />Enclosed is a check made payable to the City of Everett for <br />$25.00 for this inspection report. <br />Thank -you, <br />Tom Ferguson Date 3-9-88 <br />Ronda Ferguson Date 3-9-88 <br />
