VIOLATION NOTICE <br />ORDINANCE #11.04 & #10.12 <br />February 20, 1970 <br />Occupant / <br />2114 62nd Street <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Dear Sire <br />In accordance with Orinance 11.04 and 10.12 relating to <br />accumulations of junk and garbage in the City of Everette <br />an inspection has been made of the above premises and the <br />Inspection Department has found debris and garbage on the <br />property. This department has also received complaints of <br />rats in the area. <br />Therefore, because of the violations found and the possible <br />health hazard you are hereby notified that under Ordinances <br />11.04 and 10.!2 you have five (5) days from the date of this <br />-- certified notice to remove these violations. You should <br />also take note that Snohomish County Health regulations <br />require garbage to be stored in moisture -proof, fly -tight <br />containers. Failure to remove these violations may result <br />in prosecution under these ordinances which provide for a <br />fine not to exceed $100.00 or imprisonment not exceeding <br />30 day,, or both, for each seperate offense. <br />Yours truly <br />Lawrence T.
