WITNESSETIJ: Whereas, Owner owns property at �02 5 Everett, Washington, which is located in the County of Snohomish and legally described as follows: LC>T:n -Z+ 25 / t t (z t— Q= Pr0C--HL12-`�rr' A 4r- re-,�p— ��o�G�.� ; and Whereas, Owner desires to install a double checl, detector valve assembly on private property within the building at the above address; and Whereas, tite City Engineer deems it acceptable in this particular situation to allow the Owner of this property to install the backtlow prevention device for this building sprinkler system within the confines of the Owner's building. Now, therefore, the Owuer agrees as follows: 1. In consideration of the City authorizing indoor installation of a device and water backflow prevention, and without which the City would not allow such installation, the Owner agrees to defend, indemnify and save harmless the City, its appointed and elected officers, employees and agents from and against all loss or expense including, but not limited to, judgments, settlements, attorney's fees and costs by reason of any and all claims and demands upon the City, its elected or appointed officers or employees or agents, for damages because of bodily injury, including death, at any time t•esulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons and on account of damage to property, including loss of use thereof, arising out of or in consequence of the installation of water back flow
