Please see <br />the enclosed inspection activity report. The International Building Code and the Intemational <br />Residential Code state that all pcm»ts expire if the work authorized by the pcnnits is suspended or <br />abandoned for a period of 180 days alter the work s commenced. Work under this pcmnit will no <br />longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your <br />last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. Alter that time your pennit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records ate available <br />to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the future, a new <br />pennit must be obtained.
