Box 134 <br />Sultan, Washington <br />Dear Sir: <br />According to the records of Snohomish County, you are the <br />owner of a residence located on the following described real <br />property in the City of Everett: <br />i,ot 6, Block 1, North Beverly Park, Division N2. <br />The recorJa of this department indicate this structure has been <br />vacant over four (4) years. Inspection reveals that this <br />structure is dilapidated and open to the public. This department <br />nlso is in receipt of evidence the building constitutes a harbor <br />for vagrants and an attrnctivo nuisance to children. This letter <br />is to inform you that the residence may be considered a dangerous <br />building under the Uniform Building Code and that this department <br />recommends thnt you proceed to demolish the building. Unless <br />you take out a permit for demolition within fifteen (I5) days <br />we have no choice but to initiate abatement proceedings.
