The entire waste and vent system does not comply with the code. <br />2. The sump pump piping does not comply with the code. <br />3. Laundry tray faucets are below the flood rim of the trays. <br />Electrical: <br />1. There are open splices and zip cords are used in basement wiring. <br />2.
