This approach of having the meter on Lower Ridge will be very straight forward and we will work on getting the easement into place as quickly as possible. Can the review and Issue of permits continue with the condition that the easement needs to be in place and recorded before final approval and occupancy permit is granted? You will run the service line within the new easement to your new home. I would recommend to up -size the service line from the meter to the house one size larger than the meter (3/4" meter--- 1" service line, etc.).
