CITY OF EVERETT - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. <br />ORDER <br />WHEREAS, heretofore, there was filed with the City of Everett Planning <br />Department on (date)June 23, 197 Ln application for a variance of Section <br />No. .080 of Everett City Code No. 15.04 by (applicant)M. A. Haslett <br />(address) 431S. 72nd Street Everett, wn. <br />for (specific variance requested) <br />Permission to waive the 6 ft. sideyard requirement <br />and authorization to build to within 28 inches.of <br />the west property line. <br />on the following described property: <br />Lot 81 Caroleda Grove (431 S 72nd St.) <br />AND: WHEREAS, (date) 7/12/71 was fixed as the date of hearing on said <br />application and proper notice having been given as required by law <br />AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the Board of <br />Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the findings that: <br />1. Granting permission to build as requested would <br />be an imposition on the adjacent property whenever <br />it is built upon. <br />2.
