Heath, <br />between husband and wife fomn ly <br />a—waghingtcm—Ge"oratioq- <br />hereinafter referred to as 'Grantor,' and the City of Everett, a muni,:ipal <br />corporation under the laws of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred <br />to as •City.' <br />In consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in <br />consideration of the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions <br />hereinafter set forth, Grantor hereby conveys the following easement: <br />An exclusive perpetual easement across, along, in, upon and under <br />Grantor's property described below for the purpose of <br />constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining and <br />repairing a utility line(s) and appurtenances thereto: <br />water lines, newer lines including all appurtenances attached <br />reto <br />including all appurtenances attached thereto together with the <br />right of ingress to and egress from said property and across <br />adjacent property of the Grantor and the right to use adjacent <br />property of the Grantor for the purpose of piling dirt and <br />providing trench stabilization during the construction, <br />reconstruction, operation, maintaince and repair the aforesaid <br />improvement or facility. <br />The easement is over and across a tract of land situated in the County of <br />Snohomish, State of Washington, and the easement is described as follows: <br />Commencing at the concrete monument located at the center .Line of <br />72nd Street and on the East Line of the Plat of Caroleda Grove, as <br />per plat recorded in Volume 14 of Plats on Page 45, recorder of <br />Snohomish County; thence East 220.00 feet; thence North 24.00 feet; <br />thence West 220.00 feet; thence South 24.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning.
