All work shall <br />be carried out in accordance with the attached permit. <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the City rules and regulations <br />governing work with the public rights -of -way. Please call <br />the Inspection Division (259-8745) prior to starting this <br />work so that an inspection can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of one hundrid twenty (120) <br />days from date of: issue.
