In order for the processinK of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. I. Concrete supporting wood shall extend 6" above the finished grade. 2. Wood siding shall be not less than 6" above the finished grade. 3. Footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than :2" below the finished grade. 4. Sill plate is required to be pressure treated. 5. Specify double top plate with splices lapped 48". 6. Specify 7" minimum embedment of anchor bolts. Minimum 2 each piece and w/in 12" of each end of each piece. The carport as drawn does not meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing.
