econlinucd) <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) <br />FORM B <br />Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building <br />Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be <br />deemed"guilty Of a'acp¢Lrate offense•Ifor each and everyday, or portion <br />thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of said building <br />codc'is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any <br />such violation such violator shall be punishable by a fine of not more <br />than $300. 00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both such <br />fine and imprisonment. <br />..Section 8: •If -the work specified in -this ntitic is perforrn'od -by the''City of <br />Everett Building Official the costs of said work ;hall be charged to the <br />owners) or parties in interest of the real property on which said building(s), <br />or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof is (arc) located and unless such <br />costs have been previously paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest <br />such costs shall be levied and coltectad as a special assessment against <br />said real property. <br />Section 9: This notice and official action is pursuant to and in accordance with -the <br />City of Everett Building Code, Chapter 2.12 Everett City Code adopting and <br />amending Volume I, Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the <br />International Conference of Building Officials, Copies of said code are available <br />-for public insp:ction in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, <br />Washington. <br />Section 10: The City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative <br />shall be available between 9:00 a. m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />holidays excepted at his office in the Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington, <br />for consultation in this matter. <br />NOTICE dated this 20th day of November 0 1970 <br />City of-evkrett Building Official <br />Chief 11ui1 i�spcc-tor ' <br />
