July 27, 1965 <br />Mr Les White <br />338 - 73rd SW <br />Everett, Washington <br />Dear Sir' <br />The Everett Police Department turned over a complaint to this <br />Deportment regarding a swimming pool at the above premises. <br />Section 3.86.030 of tho Cverett City Ordin^non requires a permit <br />be issued by the Building Department before a swimming pool <br />can be installed in the City of Ev-rcit. Safety regulations, <br />A <br />s set up by the City for swimming pools, must be met before such <br />a permit con be issued. <br />Our records do not show n permit hnving been issued an required. <br />Where none of the anfety regulations has been followed, it is <br />neee•teary that you be gqiven a fiverd) daynce noticeon to comg pooply lswith <br />all the requirements cf the City <br />Failure to do so will result in penalties. <br />We, therefore, would appreciate your giving this your immediate <br />attention. <br />Yours truly <br />L.
