We measured the existing <br />driveway at 16 feet. 1 told him that he is limited to a driveway width of 20 feet and <br />a 25 foot buffer is required from the stream (12.5 feet with buffer enhancement). <br />lie decided to drop his plans and will park his R.V. on the lawn.
