Gay: <br />m~ <br />It has been brought to the City's attention that you are parking trucks <br />refrigerated trailer units <br />Q z <br />r <br />with <br />on the street abutting 1404 - 74th Street S.E. It has also <br />been pointed out that these refrigeration <br />`N <br />units are at times operated whil-3 the <br />vehicles are parked at this location. <br />1404 - 74th Street S.E. is located in an R-1 <br />=m <br />m <br />zone. The R-1 zone is entitled "Single <br />Family Low Density Residence Zone." Permitted uses in <br />om <br />nature of single family homes. the R-1 zone are in the <br />C <br />The storage/parking of trucks with refrigerated <br />to <br />v <br />units is not a permitted use in the <br />R-1 zone. Not only I, it not a permitted use, but it is <br />rn <br />R-1 zone. not nn accessory use in an <br />n <br />Therefore, I am requesting that you immediately cease storage/parking of these <br />trucks and trailer at this location, <br />n <br />and that you not operate the refrigeration units. <br />If you want to appeal this Order, <br />you must file your appeal with the City's Hearing <br />Examiner within ten (10) days of <br />N <br />receipt of this Order.
