The following factors were considered prior to making a preliminary decision on this Proposal. 1. The site is zoned R-1 Single Family Low Density Residential and is surrounded by Single Family Homes. 2. The only change to be made to the building will be the removal of the garage door which will be replaced with an entry door and windows. 3. There will be 2 to 3 employees using off-street parking (driveway) 4. The Center will be open approximately 11 hours daily from 7:00 A:M. to,6:00 P.M. Proponent Marsha A.
