RICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) <br />Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building <br />Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be <br />deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion <br />thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of said building <br />code is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any <br />such violation such violator shall be punishable by a fine of not more <br />than $300.00 or by imprisonment for no more than 90 days or by both such <br />fine and imprisonment. <br />Section 8: If the work specified in this notice is performed by the City of <br />Everett Building Official the costs of said work shall be charged to the <br />owner(s) or parties in interest of the real property on which said building(s), <br />or structures(s), or portion(s) thereof is (are) located and unless such <br />costs have been previously paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest _ <br />such costs shall be levied and collected as a special assessment against <br />said real property. <br />Section 9: This notice and official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the <br />City of Everett Building.Code, Chapter 2.12 Everett City Code adopting and <br />amending Volume 1, Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the <br />International Conference of Building Officials. Copies of said code are available <br />for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, <br />Washington. <br />Section 10: The City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative <br />shall be available between 9:00 a.m, and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />holidays excepted at his office in the Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington, <br />for consultation of this matter. <br />NOTICE dated this Thirteenth day of November 19 72 <br />City of Everett Building Official <br />u <br />
