November 21, 1973 <br />Elmer Johnston, Deputy Prosecutor <br />Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney's Office <br />Snohomish County Courthouse <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Dear Ned: <br />I am writing to you with reference to a dangerous and sub- <br />standard residence at1929 74th Street, Everett, Washington. <br />As you are aware this structure was acquired by Snohomish <br />County in a tax sale in November of 1972. <br />Enclosed you will find a letter dated October 15, 1973 <br />wherein Mr. Bennett, Director of Community Development <br />for the City of Everett, wrote to the Snohomish County Commissioners <br />regarding this particular residence. As of this date we have not <br />had any response from such correspondence. <br />The Inspection Department of the City of Everett would like <br />to begin legal action to abate the dangerous and substandard <br />residence.
