FORM B <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) <br />Section 1: On January 3, 1974 the hereinabove described <br />building(s)'or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, were examined by the <br />City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or <br />structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the City of <br />Everett Building Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1. Foundation deteriorated and decayed. <br />2. Electrical and Plumbing system damaged and deteriorated beyond 50/. <br />3. Kitchen wall partially demolished. <br />4. Interior walls, floors and ceilings vandalized. <br />5. Windows and doors broken and/or missing. <br />6. Open to the Public and an attractive nuisance to children. <br />
