CITY OF EVERETT - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />ORDER <br />WHEREAS, there was filed with the City of Everett Building Division on <br />(date) October 22, 1984 an application for a variance of Section <br />No. 18.44.210 of Everett Municipal Code by <br />(applicant) Albert Richard <br />(address) 1506 - 10th P1. N., Edmonds, WA 98020 <br />for <br />(specific variance requested) <br />To allow a 20-foot easement access to the rear lot of a two -lot short plat. <br />on the following described property: <br />202 784th St. SE <br />The west 60 feet of the east 120 feet of the north 200 feet of Tract 17, <br />Beverly Acreage tracts. <br />AND, WHEREAS, December 3, 1984 was fixed as the date of hearing on <br />said application and proper notice ha,,ing been given as required by law, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the City of Everett <br />Board of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the findings, <br />conclusions and decisions as contained in the attached Board of Adjustment <br />Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings, conclusions and <br />decisions: <br />BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said <br />application be granted, and <br />BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be transmitted <br />to the applicant. <br />DATE OF ACTION: December 3. 1984 <br />If no building permit has been obtained within one year from the date of this <br />action, this order is void. <br />Chairman <br />Botrd of Adjustment <br />0556F <br />
