Pave to existing paving in alley. 21 Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for this building's water and sewer services. 22 A catch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is required for the parking area. 23 If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private manhole, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. 24.
