In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two comPlete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. I . Provide detail(s) for alternate braced wall panels per Section R602.10.6 IRC. Show requirements including specific (told down proposed and all braced wall panel components. (Located on either side of O.H. Door). 2. The zoning code requires siding and roof pitch to be similar to the existing house. Plans should not show options that do not meet the zoning code requirements (T-1- 11). 3. Provide section with spread footing that show proposed plate height. 4. Anchor bolts are required within 12" of each end of each piece, not 12" from the end as shown on plans. Please revise. 5. Provide 3" x 3" x 'A" Plate washer on all anchor bolts in braced wall lines. 6. Provide minimum 36" landing at exterior door, not more than 7 3A" below the finished floor.
