Bedroom window shall meet exit requirements. <br />a. Sill height, 48" maximum. <br />b. Minimum openable area, 5 square feet with <br />no dimension less than 22 inches. <br />2. Notify owner that rooms identified as storage <br />and "other" may not be used for sleeping. <br />3. Provide access to crawl space. <br />4. Screen crawl space vents. <br />5.
