Everett, <br />Washington, has been rejected. The followinq violations must be correctedt <br />The high leg must be identified and carried throughout the system with <br />the some Identification. <br />The #12 wire on the alarm panel cannot be tapped off the main service <br />without protection. <br />Service wirer, can never be run through ungrounded nipples nor without <br />insulating bushings. <br />The lighting penel, ns bu:chercd, has voided the UL lnbel. <br />T The lighting panel cannot be used as n rncewny for circuits for the <br />power panel. <br />The buses on the lighting panel cannot be loft exposed as they nre. <br />The NEC does not permit nine #12 Wires in a 3/4 inch conduit. <br />The NEC states the neutral wire must be identified by either the color <br />white or gray. The installation, as made, has some grey wire as the <br />ungrounded wire and black wire as the neutral. <br />The flex used on the pump motors must be grounded either by a separate <br />bond between the conduit and motor or the bond must be an integral part of <br />flex, as in seal-tite. <br />The use of wire nuts for splicing on the motor leads will not be <br />accepted. <br />The 4-Square box used in conjunction with the emergency generator must <br />be securely fastened with a mounting bracket or changed to cast F.S. <br />type box. <br />COPY <br />
