3. Crantor hareby authorizes City to cut, t:1m end remov� any and all <br />bruah, treae, other vegetation or debria upon the eaeement and the right of <br />accesa for euch purposeg. Crantor also authorizas the City to cut, trim and <br />ramove eny and ell brueh, treas, other vegetation and debris on Crancor's <br />property vhleh, in the Clty'e reaeoneble jud�nent, constitutee a hazazd to the <br />sasemant and tha right of accass for auch purposes. <br />4. The Crantor agreee tk�at title to all brush, treen, other vegetation or <br />dabris tri�oed, cut and removed from tha easement pursuant to ehle Agraement, <br />and also a17 brush, treas, other vegetation or debris trimmed, cut and removad <br />from Grancor'a land pursuant to this Agreement is vasted in the City, and that <br />the conaideration paid for conveying said easement and rights herein described <br />ie accepted ae full compensation for all dameges incidental to tha axercise of <br />any of said rights. <br />5. In the event Gcantor places any improvements on the easemant or <br />constructs anything on the sesement r+ithout firet having obtained the written <br />. <br />app[oval af the City Engineer, the Cranto: shall cease all such activLty and <br />remove any and all lmprovements placed thereon without the vritten agreemnnt <br />of the City Engineer. In the•event Grantor fails to obtain prior approval, <br />Crantot hereby autl;orizea the City to remove any and all improvemente pleeed <br />or conatructed thereon snd hold the City, ita officers, employees and agenta <br />harmlass ftom dqmage caused tu aaid lmprovemante from ramoval thereof. <br />Crantor further agrees to pay the Clty for any and ■11 costn incurrad by Cha <br />Clty in removing the improvements.
