3. Crantor hereby authotlzes City to cut, trim and remove any and all bruah, traes, other vegetation or debris upon the aasament and the right of acceas far such purposes. Grantor also authorizas the City to cur, trim and zemove any and all brush, trees, other vegetation and debris on Crantor's proparty vhich, in the City's reasoneble judgment, constltutas a hazard to the easemant and eha right of access foc such purposes. 4. The Grnntor agreee that title ta all brush, trees, other vegetation or debris tri�ed, cut and removed from eha easement pursuant to this Agreement, and also all brush, treee, other vagetation or debris trimmed, cut and removed from Crantor's land pursuant to this Agreement Ls vested in the Cicy, and that the considazation paid for convaying said easement and rights herein described is accepted as full compensation for all damages incidental to the exercise of any of said rights. 5. In the avent Crantor pleces any improvements on the easement or constructs anything on the easement without first having obtained the aritten approval of the City Engineer, tha Crantor shall cease all such activity and temove any and all improvements placed thareon without the vritten agreement of the City Engineer. In the•event Crantor fails to obtain prior approval, Crantor hareby authorizee the City to ramova any and all improvements placed o: constructed thereon and hold the City, its officers, employees and egents harmlesa from dqeuaga caused to eaid improvements from removal thereof. Crantor further agreas to pay the City for any and all costs incurred by the City in removing the improvements.
