The space between all sleepers be cross ventilated by <br />a total free air space equaling 1 / 150th of the space between <br />sleepers. <br />2. All sleepers 1n contact with the concrete slab or grade <br />,,hall be foundation grade cedar, or wood treated with an <br />approved preservative in accordance with 11. B.
