The rrcords a]so indicate a <br />fire hydrant located at 1031 - 75th Street. <br />The construction of the apartments will not have a significant impact on the water <br />system. The �Vater Department should have no objections to the proposal. <br />SE�VERS: <br />The area is served by an a" sanitary sewer main on 75th Street. The main is not <br />very deep and the developer should be remindei that it is his/her responsibility to <br />verify that there is sufficient grade to provide sewer service to the proposed project. <br />1'his project should not have a si�nificant impact on the sanitary seµ•er system. <br />DRAINAGE: <br />The project site is within the Pigeon Creek #1 drainage basin ar,d we are currently <br />doing a drainage study for this basin. I think that tve are faz� -nough'along in thc <br />�lanning process to Imow that we will not Ue requiring private detention in thie basin. <br />Thus I would recommend that the detention � equirement not be impoaed for this <br />development. <br />Ttiis deve�opment tvill more than likely change drainage patterns from primarily <br />sheet flow to primarily � oint discharge. 5ince there is private property between <br />the potential point discharges and Yigeon Creek J� 1, the proposed project may have <br />to acquire draina�e easements for dischar�ing their drainage. <br />/ // � pl�iA�� <br />�� � �,.
