You stated you would obtain a permit the next day. <br />This you did not do - in fact you cor.tinued your installation and <br />started using the stove. <br />tne ::. err,; een <br />Cm nr <br />everett <br />oUBLiC WORKS OEP�RTMENT <br />]]OOCEOAF STREEi <br />EVEIIETT We5N�N4TON <br />YB]01 <br />On November 2, 1987 the Buildinq inspector again advised you of the <br />requiren�ent for a mechanical permit and posted the garage atructure <br />with an official notice not to oflerate the device until a permit had <br />been obtained and the proper inspections had been made and approved. <br />It has come to the attention of this depart�ent that the woodstove <br />ia still being uaed. <br />Please be advised that the code requirement is Washington State law <br />as well as City of iberett law. Further violations of this specific <br />requirement of the code may result in a citation being issued which <br />will require an appearance by you in court. <br />To avoid possible future litiqation please resolve this violation <br />before Decelnber 24, 1987. <br />If you hava further questions please call 259-8810 <br />Sincerely. <br />ALFRED R.
