1402 - 75th Strc�t DecemUer Z1, 1979 <br />A search of the files was made to reveal what prior <br />inspections of the structure consisted of. <br />It was noted that in September of 197R, an electrical <br />and plumbing inspection were madc and both reports <br />indicated that the electrical system and plumbing <br />system had to be Urought up to Code. <br />An inspection of the area today revcaled the following. <br />1. Windows broken and iaindo�a frnming rotted. <br />2. Roofing requires replacing. <br />3. Therc is considerahlc wood rot throughout the <br />structurc. <br />4. I�nck porch is broken down and deteriorated. <br />S. The structure was secure and an internal <br />inspcction cound not bc performcd. <br />1'herc havc been no permits issued for the above work. The <br />structure has been posted as illeg�l to occupy and all <br />work must hc complctcd hcforc a cicarance of occupancy can <br />Uc issucd. Ahatemcnt procedures sh.�ll continuc. <br />
