(2) Creafing and keeping an existinq Fire liazard. i3) Creating and keeping an existing health hamrd. (4) Creating doily noise, and dust confitions in fhe area. We wish to lodge the above mentioned complainh againsl the above named person whom knowingly of fhe above actions, operafes a used newspaper and old glass re-cycling operation from his front yard at fhe �,ame oddress as above. This operation is a 7-day o week operafion, complete wifh a used pa;�er drop box loccted out on fhe streef in fronf of the above address, As persons living in the immediate area, we find the above condifio�s unsighfly, unhealthy, and contrary to the ideals as set forth by munir.ipal laws. For these reasons, we seek help from your departmenf in helping us clean up the above listed conditions so that fhis neighbor- hood can resume and maintain an appearance of a clean and heolthy sfreet ta live on. As I menfioned previously, this business operates 7 days a week, although this person does hold down a steady job elsewhere. Every day botNes, old newspapers, elc., are unloaded in the Front yard and accumulated. Then these items are sorfed and fhe botNes are broken up wilh a hammer and placed info large �5 gallon drums, The:e drums are a permanent fixture in the fronf yard and are placed right on the next door neighbor's oroperfy line, af fimes "wifhouf consenf of course". The driveway leading fo fhis residence is on a sfeep incline, and is composed of only drt, no sfone or asphalt. The only way the truck can be backed up this driveway to Iecd and unload is fo fake a fasf run at it (the drivc:vay, th�t is1.
