Thc inspection record card shall be posted at the job site, <br />in clear view, be£ore the work is commenced and shall remain <br />on the job fo- the duration of the job. <br />2. No inspections wi11 be made if the inspection record ca_d and <br />the city approved Flans are not on the job, or if the work is <br />not comp].ete or ready for inspectian. <br />3• A 29 hour advanced noticed is required for all inspections. <br />Please allow 48 hours for the insnection to be made. If in <br />an emeryency, an inspection is required sooner, the permit <br />holder shall make arrangements with the inspector who will <br />be makinq the inspection. <br />4. When requestinq an inspection, please furnish the following <br />information: <br />A. Job address <br />d. Contract�r <br />C. Permit numbcr <br />D. Type of inspection <br />E. Oay on which inspection is to lie m;ide <br />Onless all thc ab,�vc information is provi.ded, an in�pr.ction <br />CAN NOT I3E GUnIU1NTliED. <br />5• A re-inspection fee will. be asse•;sed for each inspection or <br />re-inspection whc�n such �ortion of work for which inspccticn <br />is called is not- compie;;e or whe�r,, corrections called f.or are <br />not made. A ten dollar. re-inspe,.�ion fee wi7.1 bc assc;,ed <br />before a re-inspection is made, for the following: <br />A, when the inspection record card or <br />City approved plans are not on the job. <br />B. for any work that is not complete or <br />ready for the called for inspection. <br />6.
