Also, the <br />wnnecling bathroom wall and ceiling on die same side as the bedroom, is moldy and <br />damp. <br />In order to stop the mold problem, the ongoing water leak, possibly in the tub drain or <br />water supply for the unit above, must bc corrected. <br />The wallboarJ, insulation, and any rottcd wood which has been wet and moldy will <br />havc to bc rcplaced. This is thc only way to corrcct thc wct moldy conditions of this <br />unit. <br />�� <br />
