Weiss <br />2902 Panaview iilvd. <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />RE: 326 75th SL, qB, Everett, WA. <br />Dear Mr, and Mrs. Weiss: <br />On October 28th, Mr. Weiss called me and assured me that the work had becn <br />�erformed on this apartment to eliminate the moisture and mildew problem. I would <br />like to thank Mr. Weiss again for the phone call. <br />The tenant called my office on November 3rd and stated that the repair work was not <br />performed, that everything remained the same. <br />On November 4th, I r,onducled another inspection and noted that there was still a <br />considerable amount of moisture and mold in a closet and bedroom. A ceiling tile in <br />the bathroom had been replaced, and Ihe new tile was getting saturated with water from <br />above. The how water tank was not seen during this inspection, and it should be <br />looked at to determine if it may be contributing to the moistu�e problem along with the <br />moisture problem from the unit above. <br />These conditions continue lo be hazardous to the health, safety, and welfare of the <br />occupants.
