KIRKLAND, WASHINGTON 98033 <br />August 17, 1978 <br />City of Everett <br />30th h Ceder <br />Everett, Washingt,n 98201 <br />Attention: Ken Kallahan <br />Doer Mr. Kallahan: <br />Regarding your meeting with Ed Gamon, our designer from Kingsley <br />Johnson Company, on May 24, 1978, at 2:00 p.m., regarding variancies <br />on Handicapped unite for the attached Condominium Homes. <br />I have attached a list of ouyers that have signed purchase agreements in <br />this condominium that are not disabled or handicapped and request that <br />the handicapped requirement features not be installed into their unite. <br />If this masts with your satisfaction, we will proceed with variance <br />application for the attached unite. We have attempted to sell these <br />and are unable to, We have listed them in the Builders list that <br />handicapped unite were available.
