E., W. O. 860 <br />Dear Mr. Hopper: <br />Your application for a permit to make improvements within the public <br />rights -of -way has been approved. All work shall be carried out in accordance <br />with the attached permit. <br />Installation of 12 inch concrete culbert under each driveway is a requirement <br />of this permit. Enclosed is a copy of the City rules and regulations governing <br />work within the public rights -of -way. Please call the Engineering Department <br />Construction Division (259-8811) prior to starting this work so that an inspection <br />can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of issue.
