Given this allowance, the toilct should ihen fall (mosdy) outside of the <br />clear Floor space requircd for the tub. Then, the only requircment that necds to bc addressed <br />is the toilet sepnration from the tub — 18" per Sectiun 1106.11.5.1 <br />Cut sheel. Toilets in Typc D units require grab bars, or blocking f'or futurc grab bars as <br />allowcd in Section 110G.27.2.1. The requested cut sheet was for a Ooor-mount grab bar in <br />the Typc B bathrooms what would comply with lhc side grab bar requircmcnt of Scetion <br />1106.11.5.3 whiclt could allow the toilet to be installed next to the tub. <br />Accessiblc lavatories.
