I <br />I <br />I The City of Everett BuiJdin3 Official hes found the building which is ' <br />lcoated on the above-described property tu be substandard. The <br />following deficiencies render the building substardard pursuant to <br />Section 202 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and heating have been <br />destroyed. <br />2. There has been heavy vandalism done to the structure. <br />3. Every window in the structure is broken out. <br />4. The interior and exterior of the buildina are littered with I <br />garbage, trash and debris. <br />5. Vagrants frequent the premises. <br />6. The structure is an attractive nuisance to minor children. <br />7. The structure is in a very deteriorated condition. <br />8. There is a strong odor of urine in the building. i� <br />9. The '�uilding is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and <br />;vPlfare to the general public. <br />10. The premises are overgrown with vegetation. <br />II The City nf Everett Building Official has found the building which is <br />located on the above-described property to be dangerous. The followinq <br />deficiencies render the building dangerous pursuant to Section 302 of <br />the Unifor�n Code for the Abatement of C�angerous Buildings: <br />1. The building is so dilapidated and deteriorated it has become ari <br />attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. <br />2. The building exists and is maintained in violation of specific <br />mquirements applicable to such buildinus provided by ordinance or <br />the City of Everett and specified in the Uniform Housing Code <br />relatino to the condition of .uch buildings. <br />3. lhe building is in such a condition as to constitute a public <br />nuisance known to the common ].aw or in equity jurisprudence. <br />4.
