On June 30, 1987 the return receipt with No. P055 117 219 was <br />returned to me. <br />4. The Notice was addressed to Thumas J. and Nancy Fenz, 11910 - <br />99th Avenue S.E., Snohomish, Washington 98270. <br />5. The return receipt was signed by Jan M.
