According to the Uniform Building Code, <br />Secti.on 303(b), "Every permit issued by the building official shall become <br />nuil and void if the work authorized by such permit is not commenced within <br />180 days from the date of euch permit." <br />The permit you aecured on March 30, 1988, will become null and void ae of <br />October 3, 1988, should the building remain standing. <br />The City will have no alternative but to call for bids far demolit.ton of the <br />building purauant to Resolution No. 2934 adopted by the Everett Cir.y Council <br />on November 10, 1987.
