PROPO0DDECLARATUIN OF NON-SIGN1cICANCE <br />Description of Proposal <br />The proposed action is the issuance of building permits to allow construction of. Eo <br />condominium units to be housed in four buildings on a 5.9 acre site. The following factors <br />were considered prior to making a preliminary decision on this proposal: <br />1. The site is zoned R-3, multiple -family low density residence zone, which would allow <br />this use. <br />2. The proposed site is currently vacant and is wooded with small Alder'and scattered Fir <br />and Pine trees. <br />3. A•portion of a proposed rock retaining wall encroaches on Beverly Lakp and eliminates <br />a portion of the natural shorelines. <br />4. A proposed boardwalk float projects into Beverly Lake <br />5• Access will h^_ provided via 75th Street S.E. The proposal will add traffic to 75th <br />Street S.E., as generated by 86 addifiondl condominium units. <br />6. The site drains into Beverly i.ake.
