A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, end all requlred improveme.nts to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval uf these drawings ls required before any permits are issued. All Improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy permit is [ssued. 2. City streets are to be kept dear oi dirt and debris during cc�struction. 3. During construction, :ill truck traffic to and from the site wi:iun the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise �puroved by the Public Works Department. 4. Street [mprovements and a Covenant of no-protest for a Local improvement District in cunformance with city ordinances are requi-ed. S. Ten feet oi additional right-of-way along the frontage of the site an 75th Street shall be deeded to the C[ty oi Everett. 6. Participation in the program to fund the north and south central santtary sewer interceptor is required. 7. On-site detention is required. Drainage calculations are to be submitted on a City of Everett drainage plan submission form. 8. Public Works Department approval of a temporary erosion control plan is required prlor to commencing construction activities. 9.
