Checklist Review //2l5 <br />Planning File p80-35 <br />PROPOSAL: <br />To cons� uct a nine unit apartment building at 632 - 75th Street. <br />PR(�pONENT: RAM Enterprises <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Works Dep�rtment that issuance of <br />a Negative Dedaretion be subject to the following: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, <br />end all requlred improveme.nts to the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval uf these drawings ls required before any permits <br />are issued. All Improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy <br />permit is [ssued. <br />2. City streets are to be kept dear oi dirt and debris during cc�struction. <br />3. During construction, :ill truck traffic to and from the site wi:iun the <br />City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise �puroved <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />4. Street [mprovements and a Covenant of no-protest for a Local improvement <br />District in cunformance with city ordinances are requi-ed. <br />S. Ten feet oi additional right-of-way along the frontage of the site an <br />75th Street shall be deeded to the C[ty oi Everett. <br />6. Participation in the program to fund the north and south central santtary <br />sewer interceptor is required. <br />7. On-site detention is required. Drainage calculations are to be submitted <br />on a City of Everett drainage plan submission form. <br />8. Public Works Department approval of a temporary erosion control plan <br />is required prlor to commencing construction activities. <br />9.
